The Pedernales Place Property Owners' Association (PPPOA) is a non-profit corporation, organized to represent the owners of property within Pedernales Place Subdivision, Blanco County, Texas. PPPOA is responsible for enforcing the land use restrictions within the subdivision, granting reasonable variances and exceptions to these restrictions if appropriate, approving buildings and systems to be erected or installed in the subdivisions, and managing and maintaining the property owners' riverfront park.
