Pedernales Place is protected by reasonable Restrictive Covenants and Use Limitations (deed restrictions). We request that buyers and potential buyers be made aware of these Restrictive Covenants.
Make sure the buyer is aware of and understands the Restrictive Covenants.
Inform the buyer that all construction in Pedernales must be approved by the Pedernales Place Architectural Committee.
Let the the buyer know that membership in the Pedernales Place Property Owners' Association is requested and appreciated. Annual membership dues are minimal.
